Highest Level Senior Care Coordination was developed after having spent an entire professional career serving older adults in multiple capacities.
Social work in long term care and admissions work in skilled nursing inspired me to create Highest Level Care Coordination in a social work capacity.
My passion is to help older adults and their caregivers thrive to the best of their ability. It is tough to navigate the health care system, particularly for older adults with medical complexities, any type of memory changes and or little to no support systems.
When we age we reach a higher level than we have ever been.
